OUR TEAM

I have been fascinated by construction my entire life. After college, I worked for a large builder in North Carolina as a project manager. A couple of years later, I earned an MBA and a Masters in City Planning from the University of North Carolina. In 2002 I moved back east without a plan other than to do something in construction. In 2003, I built my own home using modular and became convinced it was the future. I am lucky to be surrounded by talented, hardworking colleagues and subcontractors who make my job easy. At home I have a beautiful wife and three kids who keep us busy.

I grew in North Jersey and learned the home remodeling and new construction trade at an early age working for my older brother. I continued to work after graduating high school spending 8 years in commercial building prefabrication, 13 years as a union carpenter and plasterer foreman, 4 years as a project coordinator for American Panel Tec, and the the last 10 years as a modular home building super. Each of our AMB homes, from a Sandy replacement bungalows to a high end custom build, offers a wide range of unique detail which keeps my job interesting.

Being a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore has given me the opportunity to be exposed to some of the most interesting architecture in the world. Since 2003, I have been designing custom modular homes all along the Jersey Shore. In 2012 after Hurricane Sandy , Terrance recognized a need to fulfill a housing demand, and he asked me to join the AMB team. Since day one, I have been blessed to be a part of progressive and advanced modular projects, and I am proud to come to work every day surrounded by the best team I have ever had the pleasure to work along side.

I am the first face you see when visiting AMB's office. As the office manager, I have a broad range of duties from making sure checks go out each week to keeping Izzy happy with the right dog treats. When not at AMB, I spend time watching my grandkids’ wrestling matches and enjoying the beach.

I came to AMB looking to grow my knowledge in home construction. After a number of years of guidance from Terrance and the crew I decided to work with my uncle. He ran a general contracting company for over 30 years and wanted to partner up. I learned valuable skills from both Atlantic Modular and running a renovation company to ready myself from rough trades to fine finish.

I came to AMB with a long and varied history in the construction industry and enjoy putting that experience to work. I help to ensure that our job sites are kept safe and progress efficiently. On any given day you may find me operating an excavator or making material deliveries or putting the final touches on your home just before move in.

Izzy is our faithful office companion, here to greet customers and the FedEx guy every day. She enjoys getting french fries from Ryan and visiting job sites on a daily basis.
