CONSTRUCTION OPTIONS
We offer two options in the purchase of your new home. Under our Turnkey Program, AMB is responsible for the entire project from the first survey to the final coat of paint. This option is best suited for homeowners looking for a hands-off, hassle free project. Our Homeowner Completion Program is suitable for homeowners with the experience to manage the completion of their home. This option can result in significant cost savings for those homeowners with industry connections and a willingness to do some work themselves.

Our roots are in both the modular and conventional building business. We understand the advantages and limitations of both and we utilize this knowledge to design and build the best possible house for your budget. Our subcontractors consist of top craftsmen, each of whom has worked for AMB for many years. These craftsmen share our commitment to quality and are trained in the AMB method way of building a home. AMB represents some of the largest and most respected manufacturers in the modular industry. These manufacturers build some of the finest homes on the market, utilizing the most trusted names in building products, including Andersen Windows and Merillat Cabinetry among others. Our manufacturers offer the most current plans and options available.
